We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (ACE, AOTG, River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located in the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : )
Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in AC after a great day of having fun!
The space includes two bedrooms (each with their own TV). One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds (3 twins and a full). We have a washer and dryer at your disposal.
The house is 936 square feet. We welcome 6 people to stay at a time, but be aware that it can get a bit crowded with that number (the bathroom is pretty small). 4 people can fit quite comfortably :)
Please note that the “No Pet” policy is for guests. When we are using the house, we do bring our dog, Medora. She will usually end up being there about 2-3 weeks total throughout the year. If you have a very severe dog allergy, please consider this before booking.

Summary: We were in town for a church conference at Solid Rock Worship Center. Our drive was less than 5 minutes, so the location of this house was perfect!Everything was as described. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were SO comfortable...a rare find for a rental property, and a HUGE plus!! The back porch was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the fall weather, and (though we didn't have time to utilize it) the back yard is really nice! I also really appreciated having all of the essentials on hand, and my daughters loved the games and toys that were available for them.We really enjoyed our stay and will book again if we're planning to be in the area!
