Welcome to Pilgrims Rest! Nestled on 2.5 peaceful acres in a quiet neighborhood, our spacious home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Located in north Colorado Springs, you'll be just minutes from attractions, restaurants, shopping, and easy highway access—yet still able to enjoy beautiful mountain views.
The Air Force Academy and the famous Garden of the Gods are all within a 15-minute drive. So whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, you're in the right place.
The space
Bedrooms:
This house is big. With 6 bedrooms (including one family suite with a king bed and three twin beds as a bunkbed and trundle). We have 4 king beds and 8 twin beds total. There's plenty of space for up to 15 guests. The master bedroom comes with its own bathroom and an infrared sauna. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, has ample closet space, and offers good lighting for a peaceful evenings rest after a full day of hiking, skiing, or chasing kids around.
Bathrooms:
3.5 bathrooms—so no one has to awkwardly wait in line with toothbrush in hand.
Living Areas & Entertainment:
-A large living room perfect for family conversations by the wood-burning fireplace or spontaneous sing-alongs on our baby Grand Piano.
-A playroom with a 75-inch TV for the kids (or kids at heart) and a small assortment of toys.
-A basement gym featuring a Peloton bike, free weights, and a yoga mat—for those who refuse to skip leg day even on vacation.
-A home theater room in the basement with an 85-inch TV and sound system, just in case you need to watch the Star Wars Trilogy (the original three, of course).
Kitchen & Dining:
The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped for all your baking, cooking, and midnight-snacking needs. There's plenty of seating, whether at the dining table, breakfast bar, or outside, with a killer mountain view. (Warning: If you get stuck doing dishes, you at least get a nice view while doing them.)
Outdoor Space:
-A covered patio with an outdoor table and chairs. Comfy outdoor seating, perfect for sipping coffee (or something stronger) while enjoying Colorado’s unpredictable weather.
-A large backyard ideal for football games, wrestling matches, or just letting the kids burn off energy.
-A Traeger pellet grill—because smoking a brisket to perfection is an art form.
-A gravel firepit area for roasting s’mores in summer (or winter, if you’re feeling brave).
-A full-sized playset with swings, monkey bars, and a slide—so you can take a nap or catch a football game.
