Welcome to "Mar de Crystal", A Penthouse offering Oceanfront views from every room & private beach access. Bask in the sun on the private terrace overlooking the ocean, go for a morning walk on the beach & enjoy the amazing Sunsets with no obstructed views. Mins from the famous "Lobster Village" of Baja California, Puerto Nuevo. Choose from many delicious Restaurants, Souvenir Shops, a Grocery store, Calimax & Tacos. Located 40 mins from Valle Guadalupe & 30 mins to Ensenada. K 38 is 4KM away.

The Owners live onsite and will greet you at the security gate to allow entry to the premises. Once parked you will go up a flight of stairs where the balcony is located and also the entrance to the Penthouse. Upon entering, you will find an open floor plan: a Living Room, Dining Table which seats 4, two sofas & a fully equipped Kitchen. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and each bedroom is located off opposite ends of the unit. Bathroom has a Shower stall and is located next to one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom and living room gets a nice breeze if windows are open and you can hear the sound of waves. Access to the beach is down a flight of stairs.

Mar de Crystal consists of a 3 story building: The Penthouse is a private apartment with its own terrace and entrance, the Owners live on the main floor and the bottom floor is another 2 bedroom unit available for rent.

There is Private Beach access on site.

Low tides during the morning allow for beautiful walks on the beach. Times may vary, check the surf report for daily updates.

Private Estate located off the main highway, pass Puerto Nuevo and the Private Community.
