5 Bedroom House in Gravois Mills

The Oasis you have been looking for, located off the Gravois Arm in Mill Creek Cove. The 2100 sq. foot spacious home was built in 2012 with large windows throughout and outstanding views of the lake. This home offers 5 bedrooms. The main floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full size bathroom, living room with smart tv cable and Wifi , dining room, and main kitchen with open floor concept. From the living room there is access to large upper deck. Above the main floor there is a loft bedroom that has a trundle bed with twin size mattresses. This room has a log ship ladder for access.
The kitchen has all the amenities, dishes, cookware, electric mixer, mixing bowls, blender, coffee maker, small and large utensils. The lower level has a living room, dining room, half kitchen. there is a bedroom with full size bed. There is a full size mattress that sleeps two people in the living room as well. Full size bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower level walks out to two concrete covered patios with tables and lots of seating. Outdoor area also has a large charcoal grill, a Blackstone gas grill and a fire pit area. Parking available for up to four vehicles on the driveway and one on the side of the garage. No room for boat trailers.
The dock has a 12x30 boat slip for your convenience. There is great fishing right off the dock with a fish cleaning station. The fish cleaning station has fresh water on one side and lake water on the other. The dock has a wet bar with tables and chairs. The swim platform has loungers, water slide, diving board, and a high dive. There is 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a lily pad, and a paddleboat included for your fun.
The cove is one of the calmest places on the lake for family fun. Very wide spacious cove to go skiing, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, or just a nice relaxing swim with your favorite beverage. The cove is centrally located by boat to several hot spots on the lake (Lake Burger, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, and Horny Toad). Town is ten minutes away with grocery stores, Indian Rock golf course, restaurants, and a movie theater.

Trash removal has to be done by the renter. There is a trash can up on the road on the side of the garage. ( PICK UP IS ON TUESDAYS)
