Our cabin is located in wooded rural setting and approximately 8 miles from Philipsburg. Since your coming to this area, you likely have done some research and are aware of the rich history in mining and the fun of panning for sapphires. For us the outdoors plays a large part in our lives. In the summer, kayaking the numerous rivers and lakes, casting a fly hoping to attract a trout, hiking a trail in the Pintler Anaconda Wildernesses or Sapphire Mountains. Then there is just settling beneath a tree and reading a good book.
The cabin is reached by a private gravel road and drive. After years of vacationing in the cabin we built our home here. You likely will see us ( and our dog) outside working on a project, low key and out of your way .
