Summary: I got 2 rooms. 1 room tv didn't work. Asked if it could be looked at while out. It was working when we got back. Had no problems with the area. We are bike riders and like the one floor and each room has there own outside door so we can park our bikes in front of the room. Will use this as a stop again.
