Summary: Ian was a wonderful host, communicated very well and made our stay seamless. The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful river park 3 minutes away to take the dogs too and very close to gunnison without all the busy traffic. Look forward to staying again and definitely recommend
