One of the most spectacular and enjoyable features of this top floor, end unit condo is the bright, open, cheery feeling allowed by the extra windows and skylight. Views of Mt. Royal and the Ten-mile range are unobstructed. As of 2021, our unit has just been remodeled with open style kitchen, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and all new appliances. Bathrooms have also been re-done with new tub and shower, granite on counters, and new tile floors and surrounds. Our condo is the perfect place for you to stay and enjoy the active Colorado lifestyle.
The clubhouse is one of the nicest in Summit County with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, racquetball court, laundry facility, and 3 large outdoor hot tubs. After a day in the out-of-doors, you will feel your muscles melt as the hot water soothes your body.
Whether your interest is alpine skiing, back country skiing, hiking, road or mountain biking, kayaking or sailing on Lake Dillon, it is all at your fingertips. You can step outside the door and onto the extensive Summit County recreational path system where you can bike, blade, walk or even ski in the winter. There are miles of hiking trails and mountain top vistas awaiting your footsteps. 4 ski areas (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and A-Basin) are within 10 miles. Vail is only a 30 minute drive away.
The master bedroom and loft have queen beds. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. We have previously updated with new carpet and tile, furniture, and windows over the last several years. The quality, comfortable furnishings are conducive to the easy living mountain lifestyle. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and more! We even keep a few spices and other basic cooking ingredients to aid in your culinary creations. While there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, right next door to us in the clubhouse is a laundry facility with all new machines, and which, very conveniently, takes credit cards for use of each.
This is our home away from home and we invite you to come and stay! Once you are here you won't want to leave. It truly will be a perfect place for your holiday.
