Whether it's soaking in the hot springs of Ouray or shopping in downtown Delta, our homestead is the ideal base for all your recreation desires!Centrally located and hidden within the sweet corn farms Olathe is famously known for, you are greeted by the quiet and farm-like location of this home. Upon entry, you are welcomed by a homey-feeling living room with a wood burning stove, smart tv, comfy recliners, and fun hunting and hobby decor. As you venture further in, there is a large, spacious kitchen with every amenity you will need including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and many other appliances. To the left you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached private bathroom. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Home also has a two-car garage for guest vehicles. To the right of the kitchen, you will find the main bathroom, a second room with a comfy queen bed, and a third room with two twin beds. Sit on the front covered porch and watch the sunset or enjoy the covered patio in back. The back patio includes patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. There is also a spacious back yard for your furry friend, and a private hot tub to enjoy the stars at night. Plenty of toys and games for the kids to play while relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunrise or sunset.

Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in trash container.
