Super cute 2 bedroom cabin that sleeps 6 in the heart of the Pagosa Lakes area with great fishing, golfing and many trails for bike riding.
This 2 story home is sure to please and a perfect cabin for making vacation memories. You walk in to the living, dining and kitchen area that is decorated very nicely and has one of the 2 TV's, gas fireplace, and kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Down the hall is washer / dryer, a full bath and the queen bedroom. Out the back door is the new hot tub and a fenced yard perfect to keep your dog and safe for kids to play.
Upstairs is a game / loft area with another TV with playstation, air hockey and other games and books. There is another full bath and also another bedroom that can sleep 3-4 kids.
ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. $75 pet fee per dog , plus an additional $100 per dog refundable deposit.
