Pagosa Pines Cabin is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom cabin(the 4th bedroom in the detached apartment over garage) that is close to town, close to the lakes and the bike path right in front that you can enjoy for miles. The yard is fenced and a new hot tub has been installed. This home has Air Conditioning!
Pagosa has a long history of some great cabin homes used for vacations. This is one of those great cabins, but it has been completely remodeled and new furniture throughout. This cabin is situated on Lake Forest Blvd with great access to shopping and playing on the lakes. The bike path across the street can be enjoyed for miles and a great way to enjoy the area.
This home has plenty of off street parking with the circular drive. You enter the home in to the living area with a wood burning stove, wall mount TV, couches and chairs and open to the eating area and kitchen where you will find ample amenities, pantry items and appliances. Down the hall from this room are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a trundle bed with twin beds. The trundle room has access to the back yard and hot tub. The laundry room also has a door that leads to the back yard. Each of the bedrooms, along with the living area, share a full bathroom.
Upstairs from the living room is a nice, cozy loft area where you can read, lounge or play games. Off the loft area is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.
There is another large bedroom over the separate garage that has a king bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette and full bathroom. Perfect for groups that want a little space.
The backyard has a new hot tub, some covered seating area, gas grill and gas fire-pit for the summer months.
This home is pet friend with a $75 per dog fee (2 dog max) and an additional $100 deposit for each dog. Please ask for further info on our pet policy.
