This is one of those homes that you'll be so glad you rented! This home is almost new, close to town, close to the lakes, decorated wonderfully and very comfortable, with newly added Air Conditioning!
When you arrive, you can use the 2 car garage to store all your gear and toys and enter through the large laundry room and into the spacious living room with fantastic view windows, cozy fireplace, large smart TV and Bose sound bar that you can connect to your phone to stream your favorite music. Just off the living room is the kitchen and dining area with access to the back yard and patio and BBQ where you can cook and enjoy an outdoor meal. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can ask for to prepare any meal and keep the crowd happy.
This home has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, large walk-in closet, nice views, and adjoining master bathroom with large shower and 2 sinks. The other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house along with the shared full bathroom with a single sink. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a super thick fold out full size futon, desk for work or school and a wall mounted smart TV. There is a nice queen size blow up mattress for 2 more guests.
This home is located in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA) which gives all guests access to the lakes for fishing, kayaking or picnicking (fish permits required). Guests can also enjoy the state of the art exercise facility or indoor pool and hot tubs. (usage fees).
Finally, this home is pet friendly. No cats. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs under 15 lbs. Each dog is $75 for the stay, plus an additional $100 refundable deposit per dog.
