Renovated, new LVP wood look floors, primary bathroom updated tile, tub, vanities, etc. The living area faces the sea, capturing white water, full ocean, boardwalk, and sunset views. The front deck overlooks the Boardwalk, the ocean and has a BBQ on the deck too. A family room on the first floor provides space for families to spread out and relax. Gaze at people surfing, enjoying the boardwalk, and even passing whales when the season is right. This home is within walking distance to dinner at Sea Chest or Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill, or just a short 2 blocks to the West Village.
