This stunning private home has a traditional floorplan offering the living area, chef's kitchen, and dining area on the main floor. The primary bedroom and Bath are also on the main level, with a relaxing steam shower along with access to the huge deck offering breathtaking mountain views. Never run out of propane, with the hard-lined gas grill and enjoy the sunset around the beautiful firepit on the deck. Other amenities include a downstairs living area with gas fireplace and kitchenette, lower level living space with 3 bedrooms with a walk out patio off of the downstairs living room and 2nd Bedroom, a 3 car private garage, laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The fifth bedroom has 6 twin beds and ample room for the kids or grandkids. Situated on over an acre in a beautiful wooded area, enjoy a round of pickleball on the driveway during the summer! Summary: We had six adults and seven kids, all under 7 years old. I thought the setup was perfect. We had a small ant problem in one of the bathrooms. Called management and they had someone out immediately. Overall the house was as described. It was clean, except for the outdoor grill. We had to give it a good cleaning before our first use.
