Welcome to the Elegant Cabin in Colorado. A Stunning custom contemporary log cabin located in downtown Conifer Colorado. This mountain haven is built on 1.5 acres with mountain views. Entering this beautiful home, you are welcomed by a wide driveway with a full turnaround, deck with a wood fire pit and private hot tub. The back yard has another deck with a Traeger, picnic table and a dog run.
Once inside you are greeted by a large warm living area, a high ceiling, with comfortable couches and a record player with 100’s of vinyl albums, representing any kind of genres to choose from. There are 2 large bedrooms right off this living room that both offer en suite bathrooms and welkin closets. One of the bathrooms offers a doorless stand-up shower and a jacuzzi tub.
The other side of the living area leads to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. This kitchen has just been redone with new appliances, cabinets, and counters. With the stove located in the center island and right in front of the large kitchen table it is an incredible place to prepare a meal.
The backyard deck is located right outside the kitchen and offers a Traeger grill.
Think of the steaks you can cook on this grill.
The second floor is an atrium style that allows you to look down upon the living room. The second floor also has the entertainment area that has a 74-inch Smart TV, beverage refrigerator, bar and a Vegas style card table.
There are large windows throughout the house offering views of the immediate Rocky Mountain peaks.
The upstairs offers a very large master bedroom, with a gas fire place, that has his and her closets and it’s attached to a large bath that has a stand-up shower with a jacuzzi tub.
The office is located a short distance away and is also offers another Smart TV.
The 4th bedroom has is located next to the office and offers a queen size bed and lots os room to spread out.
Conifer is near Evergreen, Bailey, Pine, Aspen Park and Morrison and less than an hour form downtown Denver.
Charming, historic “downtown” Evergreen is a quick drive from the house. Settled in 1859, it retains much of its old west charm. Dining options are a plenty as well as wonderful & unique shopping, music, galleries, & nightlife.
Red Rocks Amphitheater is 25-mins away. Besides being a great concert venue, it's gorgeous, & ideal for hiking.
Breckenridge Ski Mountain is about a 90-minute drive from this home.

**HOUSE RULES:**
Maximum occupancy: 8 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
During the months of November through April a 4 wheel drive vehicle, with snow tires, is required.
If any large event is hosted, at The Elegant Home in Colorado, we will charge a $2,500 event fee.
No smoking or vaping on property. If a smoke smell is found a $200 fee or more will be applied.
No parties or events without prior written approval.
Please be mindful of neighbors - noise travels in the mountains.
