We’ve put a lot of care into making the basement a comfortable place to stay. We live upstairs and although we’ve added extra insulation above the bedrooms, you may still hear some footsteps. The heating and A/C system is shared between the upstairs and downstairs, with the main thermostat located upstairs. However, we have a Nest with temperature sensors downstairs to help regulate the temperature based on your needs. Each bedroom is also equipped with a space heater for added comfort. If you’d like the temperature adjusted, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We want you to enjoy a 5-star stay!
