Guest Access:
A few closets will be locked that belong to the owners. Otherwise the entire home is accessible and usable.

Other Things to Note:
.We are one mile to the airport so there is occasional noise caused by airplanes. We are also close to 89A which causes some noise.

There are no outside open fires allowed in the area. Fires are strictly PROHIBITED in the county and heavy fines will be imposed with possible jail time. Please respect this rule.

If it snows, there are snow shovels available. You may have to move the fluffy stuff if it impacts you pulling your car out. We please ask you to shovel it out of the way so that it doesn’t cause a large ice rink. If it is an intense storm, we will send someone to help and clear the snow.

Pets
We love fur babies and we welcome them. A one-time pet fee will be charged after your booking of $50 to cover additional expenses associated with hosting pets. The yard is fenced in and we ask that you please pick up and dispose of any feces in the yard and reduce the shedding as much as possible. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the furniture. Any damage or excess cleaning caused by an animal will be charged to your reservation.

Onsite washer, dryer and parking. Please note: There is room for 5 vehicles in the driveway. Flagstaff requires that no vehicles be parked on the street from November through March for their winter parking requirements.

Please understand we have a no party/event policy. The City of Flagstaff also has a noise ordinance. Quiet time is 10:00pm-7:00am with strict penalties if violated. Please respect this as it is a huge factor in what makes our neighborhood and mountain time spectacular. Any guest found to be hosting a party will be evicted by the police without prior warning 1) You will not receive any refund 2) You will be charged a $500 fine for violating house rules and extra cleaning

*Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

*There is no smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed in the house. Under any circumstances.

*You will be charged additional fees if:
-excessive cleaning inside or outside is required
-smoking in the house
-furniture is damaged or moved
-any items are missing or damaged
-drugs are found in the house
