New July 2022* Enjoy this quaint little mountain cabin any time of year! Located on a private dirt road in a residential neighborhood, this home offers 1 main level with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms both with showers. Mountain time has an amazing outdoor space with tons of seating, a propane grill and plenty of room for the entire family. Upon entry, you'll find a great living space with a flat screen TV and a Roku to connect you to any of your favorite streaming platforms. Just around the corner you will find a well-stocked kitchen with a table that seats 4. There are two bedrooms just off the living space. The first bedroom offers a queen and a view of the mountains. The bathroom is located off the kitchen just around the corner. The 2nd bedroom is a spacious master suite with a king and an on suite double vanity bathroom.
Plenty of parking for cars and trailers, and just a quick walk away from the lake, you can take advantage of all this place has to offer no matter the occasion! Spend the summers outdoor in the large front yard area complete with a covered seating area to enjoy outdoor meals, a fire pit area to roast some s'mores and a gas grill for all the BBQ lovers. You will feel right at home at out Mountain Time Cabin!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.
Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
