Our family chalet is located on the Swan River in Tiger Run Resort and it's our pleasure to host guests who will create memories of their own in this mountain retreat. The chalet is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay year round.
The full sized kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, crock pot, pots, pans, etc. Just bring your groceries and snacks! There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and cable TV, and 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace, cable TV and plenty of seating to relax. The outdoor deck overlooks the river and you can listen to the water flow by as you relax and let your mind drift into serenity. The Tiger Run Clubhouse amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, locker rooms, arcade room, laundry room, and a gym. The outdoor facilities include a playground, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, Connect 4, and Jenga (weather permitting of course). This family friendly community is perfect for walking and biking. With a stay in the winter, we offer snow shoveling for any accumulation over 2-3 inches at our chalet.
There is a free bus stop outside Tiger Run Resort (about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop) and that free bus will bring you to downtown Breckenridge or Frisco. The drive to downtown Breckenridge is 4 miles. Many outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, etc. are very close. The All Trails app is extremely helpful for nearby hiking trails. Summit County has so much to offer- even dog sledding and snow mobile tours! Come for an adventure or come to relax, and it's likely you can do both!

*NO PETS & NO SMOKING/VAPING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY (INDOORS OR OUTDOORS). If you have a smoker/vaper in your party, we kindly ask that you do NOT book our chalet due to owner allergies and sensitivities. There are outdoor cameras on the property and you will be fined $200 for violations of the no smoking and no pet policies.
*NO loud parties, as this is a family chalet and we take great pride in the care of the property and we respect our neighbors. We'd love for you to enjoy it responsibly.
BOOKING FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS? There is no cleaning on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, and Easter. Please inquire if you plan to check in or out on a major holiday prior to booking to ensure that your stay is available. The calendar is unable to reflect this requirement, so please send me an email BEFORE you book anything.
