We have a converted coffee shop that is now a tiny home with full bathroom and full kitchen. It is 12' x 28' and lives much larger than dimensions. It has two lofts with a steep stairway. Ductless heat pump providing heat and AC. Off street parking for two vehicles. 1 minute walk to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, banks, library, post office, automotive supply, tire shop, tap house and bar, etc. 10 minutes from Lynden, 15 minutes from 2 different Canadian border crossings, 25 minutes from Bellingham.

Summary: Stayed at Jeff’s place for a ski trip to Mt. Baker. 3 guys fit comfortably in cozy house. Jeff is super friendly and accommodating. Surrounding area is convenient with good restaurants. Drive to baker isn’t bad and views are great.
