Convenient mountain hideaway halfway between Vail and Steamboat Springs. 40 acres of private land. This cozy home with a jacuzzi is a perfect spot for the whole family! Pet friendly and mountain views of the New York Range. Colorado River access 5 minutes away & BLM access on the north and south. GMU hunting unit 26, hunting permitted. Employees live on the property. Please note this is also an active tree farm operation.
There is no cell service here, but we have strong wifi. We recommend turning on your wifi calling and screenshotting the directions prior to travel. This kitchen is not regulated or inspected by Routt County. Routt County Permit: PL20250024

Summary: Perfect mountain retreat with beautiful views. Was excited to see we were staying on a tree farm! Added to the beauty of the experience. House had everything we needed and host was very responsive. We missed the note that breakfast was included and were very happy to arrive to some food at the house. Will definitely stay again.
