The beautifully remodeled kitchen is equipped with a gas range and newer appliances and just off the kitchen deck is a natural-gas, 3 burner Weber Grill, and a Blackstone griddle for your enjoyment.
Just off the back deck you'll find a private hot tub for 8 surrounded by 100 foot tall lodgepole pines and the large front porch features a day-bed sized swing and an abundance of peace & quiet.
With 3 separate living areas, there is space to gather together with friends and family of all ages. The family room in the main cabin sits just off the kitchen and dining area, and features a pot-belly stove to keep your crew warm on the cold mountain nights.
The second living area is in the walk-out basement, and includes a 55- inch HD smart-television & xfinity HD cable programming.
And sitting above the 2 car garage is 1,000 finished square feet including a large game room (ping-pong and foosball,) a family room with a large-screen television, and a bedroom, bath and kitchen for you to enjoy.
Conveniently located in Fraser, just a 5 minute drive to Fraser Safeway and a short walk to the ski shuttle pick up. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Winter Park, 15 minutes to Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resort, 5 minutes to both Fraser tubing hills and Grand Park Rec Center, 15 minutes to the YMCA Nordic center, 15 minutes to Devil’s Thumb, which has a wonderful Nordic center with cross country, snow shoe and fat-bike trails and world class dining.
