Once Hwy 64 reopens these times will change and become less and will update once it officially opens. Currently it is open to local traffic only and is 100% passable.
Note: the city of Lake Lure is still in recovery mode and cleaning debris from the lake from Hurricane Helene. Access to the lake is restricted at this time as the lake has been drained to accommodate this work. We are hoping that we will have full access again in the 2026 season!
