It’s within walking distance of the Blue River and Swan River; talk about an angler’s paradise. It’s the perfect mountain basecamp for outdoor lovers, and the family pooch is welcome too!
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin sleeps 4. It’s situated halfway between Breckenridge and Frisco (about a 7-minute drive to both) in the heart of Breckenridge’s outdoor scene. With easy access to two rivers and miles of hiking/biking trails you couldn’t ask for a better location for summer activities. And in the winter, you can hop on the nearby free shuttle to be whisked to Breckenridge Resort, Keystone Resort, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin!
The cozy living area features a large flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. There’s a deck just off the living area with a small stream meandering nearby. Depending on the time of year, don’t be surprised to see fox, deer, and even the occasional moose venturing by for a drink. (Please remember to maintain a safe distance and never try to interact with wildlife!) The kitchenette features a compact gas range/oven and cooking gear.
The property is in the Tiger Run Resort and RV Park a short stroll from the clubhouse that features a gym, game room/arcade, pool, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, and laundry facilities. To top it all off, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
