Free street parking. 1.5 miles from State Capitol , Denver Convention Center, Pepsi Center, Denver Art Museum and the Denver Performing Arts Center.
In the spirit of keeping travel affordable we have not raised our prices in over two years - even though our operating costs have increased. We’ll never ask you to strip beds, do the laundry, or take out the trash. We pay a generous living wage to our housekeeper and professionally clean the laundry. We only ask for the place to respectfully put the place back in order like you found it.

Summary: I can't say enough about this beautiful place! Daniel and Cindy are wonderful hosts. The carriage house has everything you need to make the stay comfortable. It was very clean and it felt like home. It is located in a safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood close to coffee shops and restaurants. Their backyard is a paradise with the plants, pond and bee hives. Cindy sent tickets for the Botanic Garden and Daniel shared honey from their bee hives. It is a convenient place to stay and explore the city.
