Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location, view, lobby/lodge, friendly staff. Lennie at HK bar was wonderful. Char at checkin was kind and got the lobby fire started up again…like a pro.

Negative: It’s very dated. Carpet is really bad and rolled in many areas- possible tripping hazard. Maintenance is slow or unresponsive.

Summary: Friendly people, dated property.
