Summary: They thought of everything. The property was perfect. Management was responsive. However, VRBO itself is unethical and we were charged an undocumented fee of $63 which was not in the contract. My cc showed that they were going to charge us another $63 in Nov. We stayed once in Oct. So why? I read the contract carefully and the charges were not listed and as it turns out, it's separate from the property charges. How's a customer to know? The garage is in an alley and it's very narrow and difficult to get into. We have a Toyota Highlander and it barely fit. Just an FYI. At least there's a garage.
