Welcome to the Bungalows! Cabins nestled in the Ponderosa Pines with amazing views of the Needle Spires make for a relaxing, one-of-a-kind Black Hills getaway, and all major Black Hills Attractions are within minutes’ drive of the resort. Each one of our cabins has been uniquely set up and has everything you would need if you were staying in your own home. We’ve gone to great lengths to make sure that our guests will be taken care of! Kitchen: Fully equipped, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware are all provided, as are pots, pans, and cooking utensils you’d need (including barbecue tools). Coffee machine, with coffee.
General: All of our sheets are premium, crisp 100% cotton, and our and our bath towels are thick, soft, and luxurious. Complimentary toiletries, a a hair dryer, air conditioning, portable fans,, and heating.
FAQ: 4x4 recommended or required during winter months.
Wifi: The cabin is situated in a rural area, so the Wi-Fi is not the same as something you would typically experience in a city!
Parking: free parking on premises. Each cabin has signs indicating where you must park.
Above all else, our team here at J&J Hospitality caress very deeply about keeping a clean home so our guests can feel at ease staying here. In between every guest,, we mop all floors, vacuum all carpets, scrub all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, replace the shower liner, wash all bedding (including quilts and shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and make sure everything is back in it's place before our new guests arrive.

Note:
For dogs: We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, pitbulls, or huskies.
We do not allow cats.
If bringing a pet, a pet fee of $75 PER PET is required, with a maximum of two pets only. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment, or you can pay through the listing platform.
Reminder: Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours 8am-5pm.
Cancellation policy:
We offer a free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
Additional rules
1. If issues arise during your stay, you'll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors and other tenants in the building.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
6 If bringing a pet:
6.1 We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies.
6.2 A pet fee of $75 per is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the deposit. If any of these dog breeds is brought to the property and we find out then that will result to immediate eviction with no refund.
6.3 DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH
6.4 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop)
6.5 No pets allowed on furniture or beds.
7. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.
8. For noise complaints:
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
9. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission.
10. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes and please put them on drying rack before leaving.
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.
* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
