Get ready to make waves this summer at our lakeside retreat! Bring the whole family together for endless fun in the sun at this expansive 5-bedroom lake house and an additional cozy basement bunkbed area and three bathrooms, there's room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.
Sleeping up to 26 guests, this spacious retreat offers stunning views of the main channel while providing the tranquility and seclusion of a private cove. Please note, there are several steps leading up to the house, adding to the charm of this lakeside getaway.
While summer brings tubing and water sports galore, there's plenty to enjoy during the warmer months. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the deck or exploring the shoreline. Head into town for some ice cream or try your hand at paddleboarding.
We have a 'toy closet' available for an additional rental fee for all guests. It's an additional deposit and rental fee and you'll receive a code combination to access toys we have available for you during your stay. - Items include Foam floats, noodles, and pads, additional beach towels, and life vests games and toys. Message for a full inventory if interested. This beautiful lake house is a short ride to Margaritaville, Big Surf Waterpark, and plenty of other attractions. There is a general store up the street. You do have access to use the boat slip if needed. There are a lot of steps from the driveway to the house, as is typical around the lake, the area can be quite hilly.
**Bedroom 6 is not a true bedroom. It's in the basement tucked in a corner, but is perfect for additional sleeping space!**
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Summary: Overall it was a pretty nice location. Although it did sleep as many people as the listing claimed, we found it to be too cramped for that many people in general. Also there were some issues with temperature. The upstairs was very cold while the downstairs was too hot. The bedroom in the basement didn’t have an air vent at all. Some minor inconveniences included not being left very many trash bags, hand towels, or soap pods for the dishwasher. The railing on the deck did not feel very secure, and there were some boards on the deck that also may need some maintenance.
