A 4 bedroom, 2 bath house located in a calm, pretty cove on South side of Lake Buchanan.
The property and house creates the perfect getaway to unplug, fostering personal connections for a LAKELIFE experience. A wonderful screened-in patio (with the option of a remote open, one, two or all three patio screens!) Definitely the favorite area of the entire house to enjoy the great view of the water and activities.
Several options to enjoy the water: Shade under two giant pecan trees, couple steps down from patio. At water's edge is open oval stone patio where the view and sounds of the water and nature will not disappoint, sit and enjoy. Want to get in the water, but not swim? We got you... Our custom built dock-wall allows you sit in chair in the water or hang your feet over the submersible wall, where you can watch the verity of fish swim around you. The small floating dock has a manual open/close umbrella to allow for shade while fishing.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: You will find Kayaks and Canoes, a two-man paddle boat to enjoy. Outside games include, dartboard, ping-pong, spike ball and cornhole. There is a seasonal fire pit (must follow Burnet County fire guidlines)
In the red barn, is a swim-pad, water sling chairs, some other water toys and extra life jackets. NOTE: GUEST RESPONSIBILTY **TO BRING OWN PERSONAL LIFE JACKETS FIT FOR EVERY GUEST'S BODY WEIGHT**
Maximum number of vehicles: FOUR. Driveway has a steep slope down to garage.
HOUSE RULES:
Sound carries very far on the lake. Please be considerate with our resident neighbors by refraining from loud activity outside and do not exceed maximum occupancy (10) people. Quite Hours begin at 10pmn-8am NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO Fireworks are permitted outside of July 4th and NYE, and subject to Burnet County restrictions, and any residue or debris is the responsibility of the renter, and a cleaning fee will be added if debris is found on and around the property. Be in know with the burn ban, at any time and season.
NO SMOKING/VAPING is permitted inside house, or the screen room! Smoke/vape at least 5 feet from house. Dispose of cigarettes/buds properly. (If yard cleanup is required, a fee will be added)
No pets! No animals are permitted inside or outside at any time; please respect this house rule, if any animal is discovered, a fee to deep clean animal fur will be added and the property manager will escort guest(s) away and secure the property and forfeit of rental of property, with no refunds.
No garage access.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
~All used / dirty towels are to be placed in bathtub at time of check out.
~Dirty dishes go into dishwasher.
~Turn off all lights interior/exterior
~Secure wooden door paddle between the two sliding glass doors.
~Close all three patio screen doors, if open.
~Set A/C to 78 degrees (Summer), 65 degrees (Winter)
~Place blue JBL speaker back on kitchen island for cleaning service to charge and all remotes in their designated areas (refence photos, if you need more detail)
