LARGE BEDROOM: California King bed with bathroom attached l SECOND BEDROOM: Queen size bed and work space l THIRD BEDROOM: Queen size bed. All beds have high-quality "Real Bed" mattresses.
OUTDOOR LIVING: fenced yard, deck off of the large bedroom, front deck with seating area and gas BBQ.
KITCHEN: Well-equipped for the foodie-cook, includes pantry basics, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster oven
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, dining table that seats 6, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles)
DOG FRIENDLY: 2 dogs maximum. We ask guests to pay a $50 pet cleaning fee at reservation. Any additional dogs will be considered for an additional $25/pet. Dogs must be crate trained for when the owner is away from the property. Guests MUST notify us prior to their arrival if they are bringing a dog & the breed/size.
Entire home (except one closet and a couple cabinets) is for guests' private use.
We are always available to be reached by phone or messaging system for any concerns or questions you may have. I also live down the street and can come to the cabin promptly if needed.
We are surrounded by pine trees and other cabins. We are close to a busy (by our mountain standards) street, Lone Pine Canyon Road.
Due to the terrain of the neighborhood, sound is easily carried. We ask that all guests please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time for the property is from 9 PM - 9 AM. Parties or loud activity will not be tolerated and will be subject to $1000 noise violation plus additional fines issued by San Bernardino County and termination of your stay.
***Due to the mountainous terrain of the cabin, SoCal Edison occasionally has Maintenance Power Outages during periods of expected high wind or other periods of high high fire risk weather. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.***
We have our own driveway for guest parking. The cabin is a about one mile walk to town. There is fantastic hiking right down the street!
Our neighborhood is quiet, and mostly inhabited by locals. We welcome guests who want to experience Wrightwood like a local, including respecting quiet hours, parking, and respect of nature and wildlife.
Please check the weather prior to your stay so you can be properly prepared. We are in an area that can get hot in the summer, very cold in the winter and can experience high winds. We will not issue refunds for weather issues that are out of our control.

DOG ALLERGIES. Our cabin is dog-friendly and while we clean the space thoroughly between guests, our cabin may not be the best fit for those with severe dog allergies.
DOWN ALLERGIES. Some of our pillows and comforters are down-filled. If you have a down allergy, let us know and we can make sure you have access to pillows and blankets/comforters that are down-free.
SCENT/CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES. All of our cleaning products, soaps, and laundry detergents are unscented and free of dyes and other chemicals. We do not use any air fresheners or other scented products in house. However, because guests may use their own products while staying with us, we cannot guarantee that the house is entirely scent-free.
SNOW ETIQUETTE:
Chain control: 4x4 and All Wheel Drive vehicles must have mud and snow or snow tires and carry chains for access in snowy weather.
Parking and trespassing violations: Many locations on the mountain are private property and violators trespassing onto private property may be cited or arrested.
Trash: the public is reminded to take out what they bring in, including trash. Please if you pack it in, pack it out!
Weather hazards: Snow and rain increase hazardous driving conditions, so please exercise additional care when driving on slippery or iced over roadways.
