Modern but simply rustic on an 8 acre hilltop. 2 bedrooms and loft accommodates eight people comfortably. Peaceful and quiet, secluded. Panoramic views of the countryside. While relaxing on our deck or in living room.... you may see deer and wild turkeys certain times of the year. About one mile and a half the to historic gold mining town of Julian, CA. And about one mile to the beautiful Volcan Mountain Wilderness Preserve. Many local attractions - , Hiking Trails, Wineries, Wolf sanctuary, and more. There is even a Camel Ranch about 20 minutes from Julian. Palomar Mountain Observatory is an interesting field trip. The 8% county tax is included in your nightly rental rate. Our nightly rate is for up to and including 4 guests, for more guests, we charge $20 per guest, per night.
For your enjoyment we have TV ( no cable, no WiFi--- but once you get here you won't miss it!) Blu-Ray video player, with many assorted videos, DVD's, movies, TV shows, comedies, dramas, mysteries, children's movies, games, puzzles, books.
We completed a new 2nd larger deck for viewing nature, while dining.
Because we are out in country and have a deep well, we have just installed an excellent Hague water filter. There is a queen bed in downstairs bedroom, 3 twin beds in upstairs bedroom, and sofa bed in Loft upstairs, and pull out twin sofa bed, with memory foam in living room.
