Amazing water front home with spectacular views from backyard seawall. You'll see manatees, dolphins, fish, crabs, and so many different birds. The wildlife is endless... enjoy the new saltwater pool with sun shelf and ocean views. The lights in the pool at night make it a relaxing place to enjoy the sounds of near by live music on weekends. Your private boat dock makes a easy way to attach you boat or fish.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with all new kitchen and appliances. Each bedroom includes a smart TV & remote, with cable and internet. Primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with new custom shower, and private sliding door to back deck. The second guest suite also includes a queen sized bed and private sliding door to back deck area. Third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The main bathroom is a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is all new and features custom tile work.

Kitchen is all new! You'll find stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator with a built-in ice maker. Electric flat top stove and overhead vent/lights. K-cup and drip coffee makers, toaster, and blender

Living area is open and 55 inch Smart TV. It has a sliding glass door to back deck, pool, dock, and fenced yard. The living room and front sitting area both have queen pull out sofa sleepers with tempur-Pedic mattress.

Summary: Spotless house, fresh, clean -best place we have ever stayed. absolutely amazing view. Quiet and relaxing. The pool and outstanding deck were beyond expectations. Dolphin visits everyday as close as splash on the dock…along with amazing bird watching. A definite revisit is necessary! Just in love with this place!
