Enjoy our peaceful and bright 3 bedroom home in the heart of downtown Evergreen. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Evergreen Lake and 15 minute walk to golf course. Go out on the town for dinner or stay in and enjoy the lovely deck and fully equipped kitchen. No pets. Winter requirement with no exceptions: 4 wheel drive vehicle and snow tires.

Master bedroom has California king , full private bathroom and private entrance. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and connects to shared bathroom. 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full). 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected by a walk-through closet. Closet doors can be locked if desired. Kitchen, dining room, living room are a single open area. Windows, windows windows.
