Summary: Gorgeous hotel, amazing location, staff was attentive, but requests were forgotten a couple of times resulting in multiple calls. AC didn’t work and supposedly we had a maintenance visit scheduled but no one ever came. Oh, well. House cleaning was top-notch. Even with a few hiccups we would probably stay here again. Recommend Rivoli rooms as they are perhaps a bit more modern.
