Positive: The location was nice.

Negative: The microwave needed service, it didn't heat last year and it still doesn't work, figured it would be fixed since this was reported last year. The Stove was apparently used for grilling because it had not been cleaned, it was full of burnt drippings of grease splattered all over the oven especially the base it was thick burnt. Couldn't manually flush the toilet because the chain was broken. Had to use a rod to lift the stopper to let the the tank flush. The area carpets had not been vacuumed still had party confetti. The floors were apparently just spot swept as we found a balloon under one of the beds and a muffin wrapper next to a night stand. The outdoor grills had empty propane tanks.

Summary: Overall the family enjoyed fellowship with each other.
