Summary: I was told I had an accessible room. Which in my opinion it was not. It had a grab handle outside the shower door in a spot that really served no purpose. The restroom was not accessible if I was in a wheel chair or even used a walker. I'm a below knee amputee and pack accordingly and bring my own shower stool. But the shower was not set up with soap and shampoo shelf that was accessible. It was behind me as I was facing the shower head, which had no pressure. One other thing. I don't think that it is a good practice to charge someone for incidentals prior to knowing if it will be required. I WAS CHARGED $25.00 at check in and was told that it could take up to 5 working days to be put back in my account. NOT ACCEPTIBLE!
