A cute little 2 bedroom/2 bath unit for a nice winter getaway. House has everything you need to enjoy your time in Lake Havasu City.
Amenities include: Air Conditioning and heating, water softener, R.O. drinking water in kitchen, washer and dryer, full kitchen (you provide food), dedicated master bathroom, queen bed in master, dual twins in 2nd bedroom, iron and ironing board, BBQ grill on patio, 47" LCD, Roku Streaming Device, Digital Antenna, wifi and internet. Garage has limited use due to stored vehicle. Driveway is large enough to accommodate guests if needed. RV parking (no hookups) available in rear of property if needed.

Summary: The place was the perfect size for our 3 month stay. Perfect for parking our cargo trailer in the back yard and having the garage for parking our motorbikes in. There was an issue with the stove and dryer which Rusty dealt with immediately. Great host.
