Built in 1998, the Commerce Exchange boasts a beautiful construction with all the modern amenities as well as a prime location on the corner of Main Street and Fifth Avenue in the heart of downtown Frisco. All of the units there feature an open Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room floor plan, in-floor radiant heat, a master bath with separate jetted tub and stand up shower and private garage space.
Unit 203 is a 1343 sq. ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. It is 2nd floor (top) and an end unit with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and an additional Queen bunkbed in the second bedroom. There is one good quality Queen air mattress and another Queen sized foam pad that can be used in the living area. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, WIFI, gas fireplace, and a gas grill on the deck that overlooks Main St. Park the car in the garage and leave it there - the shuttle to Copper Mtn and Breckenridge runs right past the unit and all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street are right outside your door!
