Step outside for immediate access to snowshoeing and cross-country ski trails, or head just minutes away to downhill skiing, shops, restaurants, and the welcoming charm of Crested Butte. In warmer months, enjoy paddleboarding on the lake or floating down the river right from the property.
The main house features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, plus two additional beds and a half bath—perfect for multiple families or larger groups.
