Foxs Den is a 1 bedroom house located in the tranquil subdivision of Misty Mountain, only 3/10 of a mile from the Sapphire Valley Resort. The open plan living area incorporates the living room which is equipped with a large flat panel TV and satellite service. The dining area has a dining table that seats 4 and the kitchen is also located in the main living area. The bedroom has a King bed and the bathroom is located off the bedroom. Foxes Den can be rented as a one bedroom house OR can also be rented in conjunction with Southern Comfort should there be an overflow. This home backs up to Highway 64, there will be road noise.
Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion that offers an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom and large kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Great place to hangout in the evenings.
This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $2/day (must have a 3 day minimum). Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season.
