Summary: Biggest Negatives: in all my rentals, worst communication EVER! Days before replay, Hrs even while IN HOME, wrong code at check in, NO Shampoo/Conditioner OR SOAP! Even after verifying before we flew there, no Sheets or blankets for TWO BEDS (I texted them repeatedly with *34 weather) the Air Matt they promised had hole & wouldn’t hold air, all 4 luggage racks broken instead of removing, Stains on blanket on Master Bdrm & One QN bed listed is just Metal frame and Liv room furniture is SO worn down & NOT comfortable and to be listed as a 9 sleeper, it’s a very small TV in LivRm Bdrm TVs were password protected so we couldn’t even use our own accts AND location is across St from a Fire station & Ambulance service! Sirens ALL DAY & NIGHT!Would def not walk down sidewalk after dark even WITH my Husband! Did not feel safe about plugging anything into floor outlets cause they hang OUT of the floor!!
