Summary: Our stay at this property was a mixed experience. The house itself is very nice. It’s in a new development and is modern inside. This is a great property if you have kids and don’t plan to cook much. One bedroom has kids bunk beds and another has a daybed with a trundle which is very uncomfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with tons of spices but lacking in the amount of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils for a large home that sleeps 9 people. The house has a big beautiful bar top but no bar stools to enjoy sitting in the kitchen. The property management company was great at first and provided us with a high chair, dropped off flowers, cookies, popsicles and extra kitchen supplies. Unfortunately the house was missing some staple items such as no wine glasses or a wine opener and just a couple of mason jars to be used as drinking glasses (minus the plastic kids cups). There was no toaster so we had to broil/burn our toast in the oven every day. It took 2 days to get wine glasses/opener and 5 days to get a toaster. A 2 piece toaster was finally provided which was inadequate for a 6 person family. There wasn’t a single shape knife in the kitchen to prep/cut food which was frustrating since we cook almost all meals at home. We requested new knives and were promised they would be delivered but we never received any. We were also promised a refund for the inconveniences but again we never received it. Overall very poor communication and management of this property.
