Conveniently located less than one mile from town but we offer 6 acres to roam and do as you please. This house is within minutes from the public boat landing on the Shenandoah River. Enjoy Fishing, Swiming, Canoeing, Kayaking, etc. or stay here the whole time and enjoy a large field for outdoor sports or a wooded area that has an abundance of wildlife such as deer, squirrels, rabbits. Conveniently located within several towns with a lot to do if your heart desires. Massanutten resort is less than 20 minutes. Luray Caverns is 25 miles to the North and Harrisonburg is 25 miles to the South West. This is a two story home, Bedroom two and three are upstairs, and they share a full bathroom. Also located upstairs is a futon for extra guests. Everything else including the master bedroom is located on the main floor. NO STEPS option for easy access to all of the ground floor!
