Summary: Location was great, quiet and very pretty. The property however was poorly maintained. Grass was over grown, weeds everywhere. The sun room was completely overgrown. The game room unfortunately was in pretty rough shape, games broken, room very dirty. The main house was clean enough, once you start looking around though spiders,cobwebs and dead insects in the corners. Another big negative; unlike in the pictures the hot tub is not outside, but inside the overgrown and dirty sunroom. Because of the chemicals used to keep it clean the whole room wreaks of chlorine. A real shame because the house was nice, just needs a little more TLC.
