Positive: So there are good and not so good points to this property. We stayed here for just over 2 weeks and found a few issues which in isolation may not have been such an issue, but after a few days of finding other things and messaging the management company while I should have been spending time relaxing with my family while on holiday just got a bit too much. The property is in a good location, very close to Disney, supermarkets, and other attractions. The sofas were comfortable and the house was a good size to relax in. Upstairs, the ensure room was fairly decent, the mattress clearly doesn't fit the bed but its comfortable and we got some good sleep. The washing machine and dryer were excellent. We did enjoy our stay, but things could have been better. The property needs a lot of updating and modernising Communication from the management company is quick.

Negative: On arrival, the proper did appear to have been cleaned but not immediately prior to our arrival. The ground floor and first floor had dead bugs all over. This was a reoccurring theme throughout the stay. The bugs were millipedes, some dead, some alive, and were getting into the property through the gap under the front door and through the frame of the rear door. I dont think there was a day when we didn't pick some up. The streaming TV remote did not have any working batteries, so I had to buy them myself. Without the batteries, none of the tv functions worked. The property did not have a kettle or any way to make hot water for a drink other than boiling water in a pan. A kettle arrived on day 3 or 4 of my stay. There is no coffee machine other than a pod machine, no filter coffee, so unless you purchase the specific pods, you're a bit stuck. The blinds in the kitchen were snapped at the bottom, the microwave had a crack in the front of it, and the fridge had a broken shelf rail. The dishwasher did not work for 4 or 5 days. It was reported on arrival. In the downstairs bedroom, there is a double mattress in the clothing storage cupboard rendering the clothes storage space useless and nowhere to put your clothing. There are no bedside cabinets in any bedroom, meaning you have to put items on the floor at the sides of the beds. Its no where near a home from home but is a good location to stay close to the parks. l the proper did appear to have been cleaned but not immediately prior to our arrival.
