A great home for families or groups; conveniently located minutes from both downtown Rochester and all Mayo campuses. A pristine home boasting ALL new furnishings and house amenities. Our home offers two living areas, providing separate retreats to watch TV, play games, or to just hang out. A thoughtfully equipped kitchen allows for meals to be enjoyed at home. Relax in the jetted tub or enjoy the fenced in backyard! A home away from home while visiting Rochester!

Our home is a fully renovated 1933 beauty! Original hardwood floors are on the main level. Both upstairs and downstairs have new luxury vinyl plank and carpet (2022). Main floor offers two welcoming bedrooms (double bed - queen bed). We have thoughtfully equipped the kitchen to make it easy for our guests to prepare snacks /meals. An updated main floor bathroom with a shower and bath combo! The upstairs area has two twin beds with ample floor space for kids to play and / or pack-n-play set up. Or simply a quiet space to sneak away to! Lastly, the lower level has an additional TV area. This area is equipped with a recliner and 2 comfy bean bag chairs. A washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck providing a wonderful space to enjoy the MN seasons!
