Summary: Stayed at the Baxis Ranch for two days and had an amazing time! The property was absolutely beautiful and felt secluded, but not too far from places to eat and things to do. You are a very short drive from Fall Creek Falls and the Palisades Reservoir. Also, there is a grocery store nearby and some good restaurants/bars. Back at the house, there are beautiful mountain and river views you can enjoy from the back porch. If you want to get closer to nature, right in the backyard you get to enjoy a private area to sit and have a fire right on the riverbank. The inside of the house is very cozy, but nice and spacious. We were looking for a rustic cabin to spend our time in Idaho and this house did not disappoint. The house had very interesting decorations and exposed wood that made it feel like a very unique stay, especially for the price. The master bedroom was awesome with a personal porch and comfy bed. The kitchen offered everything we needed. We were a little concerned about the cleanliness of the house after the previous review but we found everything to be super clean. The owner was also very communicative so we had no issues with check-in or any questions we had. All in all, amazing weekend at the ranch! Looking forward to my next stay.
