App operated laundry. Each machine has the logo to download the app. Only American cards are accepted for payment; other cards are not supported. Please do not use any of the supplies in the laundry room or the laundry during the hours on 10am - 4pm. Our cleaner will need full access to these items during turnover hours.
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. 25+ to book!
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
San Diego’s weather is perfect 90% of the year. Most guest use fans and open windows and older buildings in SD usually do not have A/C. Even most bars and restaurants only use fans!

- $500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).
- If guest does not check out on time (without approval from host to stay later) one may be charged $25/10 min over check out time (rounded up).
- By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

Summary: The pros:This building was a decent stay for a group of coworkers attending a conference at the convention center. It is nothing fancy but the beds were pretty comfy. Spacious fridges, AC units worked well for living room. Nice patio in back for relaxing. It is a place to sleep and has everything you need! May want to bring earplugs/headphones if you are light sleeper as plane noises can be loud. One unit had an Xbox which people enjoyed playing!The cons: Units are not super well maintained. Little thought about how it would feel to stay in the unit, ex: broken blinds, limited outlets! We had to sit sideways on the toilets to use them because they are so close to tub. Please provide some extension cords or power strips so that you can charge a phone in bedroom. Also, please put a lamp in each bedroom that can be reached in the bed or not difficult to get to from bed. Every dish I tried to use was dirty. Back stairs feel dangerous. Ceiling fans very rickety and loud. The area is a little smelly (at least in summer when there is little rain) and that smell would get into the units if gone for the day. Bedrooms got hot at night as AC unit is in kitchen. If you have difficulty walking, this might not be the best location for you as the building is on a rather steep hill. It was really hard to walk with luggage up the hill, which is not a complaint about the home but just a heads up in case you would have a difficult time. However, it is close to many bars/restaurants.
