Set on 5 acres, there is plenty of room to spread out and play games both inside & out, watch tv, or gaze out the floor to ceiling windows to the serene forest. Hiking trails are nearby and with easy access to Lake Nighthorse, outdoor activities including a water play area, kayak rentals, boating and fishing options are abundant. Downtown Durango is 7 miles away, with shopping, restaurants and access to rafting, fly fishing, skiing and, of course, the Durango Narrow Gauge Train.
